Hydatidosis is a cosmopolitan anthropozoonose due to development of the larval form of a taenia canids called Echinococcus granulosus. Cutaneous fistula of chest wall hydatid cysts remains rare. The double localisation on lymph nodes and ribs has not yet been described. A complete resection with safe margins was performed. We propose to review the pathogenic and therapeutic aspects of this rare entity.
