  In this paper, we define a new algebraic structure of L-Q-fuzzy sub z-groups and L -Q-fuzzy quotient z-groups and discussed some properties. We also defined ?-Q-homomorphism over L-Q-fuzzy quotient z–groups. Some related results have been derived.
