A Hilbert-type Inequality with a non-homogeneous and the Integral in Whole Plane

• Abstract

  By the way of weight function, this paper gives a new Hilberttype inequality with the integral in whole plane and with some parameters, which is an extension of Hilbert-type inequality with a nonhomogeneous, and gives its equivalent form. Also in the paper, by the way of Complex Analysis, the best constant factor is calculated.
